So it’s a year ago tomorrow that you were taken from us. I still can’t believe it. Been looking at pictures of you from from this time last year and you were so fit, healthy and happy. Its not fair! Talk to the kids about you all the time. Was asking them what they remember and Riley said he always had shorts on and wanted to fight me lol, then he cries and remembers you’re not hear and he can’t do that anymore. codi and Lexi always tell the story of when your took them away for the day and the car journey was a bit intense, as you were trying to figure out the route and kieran was slouched down in the back so you could see out the back window. It makes them laugh. They always remember your jokes aswell, they used to steal them and tell their friends. It’s funny what they remember. I’ll remember you for always being there when we needed you. You would always ask how we were and ask after my mum, it showed you’re good heart. Life just isn’t the same without you. I miss you always. Lots of hugs Dawn

Can’t believe you would have been 61 today. It only feels like yesterday that we were over seeing you for your 60th and your were buzzin about like a big kid with your new 270s and Celtic strip. 😂

It’s been 5 months and we still can’t quite believe it’s true, one minute you were here and the next ripped away from us. Life really is so unfair at times.

Your family was your whole world and throughout lockdown 1 all you kept saying was how you couldn’t wait until it was over so you could spend every minute you could with us all. But you never got the chance 😭

Your loss has hurt everyone so much. it just wasn’t your time. The hole you have left in everyone’s heart is huge, especially Betty, Peter Paul Martin and Kimberley, life for them just isn’t the same. Peters always looking through his phone at photos or old videos, just to hear your voice and see your face, it’s hard to watch his pain. You would be so proud of him and all the family for how amazingly they are looking after Betty. They saw you treat her like a queen and now they are doing the same.

So I guess all that we can do now is to look after each other and learn to live without one of the biggest characters of life. Gone but not forgotten 💔
