Dear Barry
It was fate that i got to know you all those years ago, we shared the same birth date, we were both left handed, we both worked with horses in our youth and we both love your son, Tommy
You gave me your family name when i married him and your unconditional love
Miss you
Love always
Sandy, xxxx

Grandad, it is so difficult to write this, as we already miss you so much. I am so grateful for the memories we made and all the lovely times we had together, I will hold on to them forever. I am going to miss hearing your voice at the other end of the phone and the fish&chips or eggs on toast outings together.
Love you so much

Grandad. This year brought us new life, a baby boy to the Commons family, and now loss. Losing you has left a giant hole in our hearts. Remembering all the wonderful times we have spent together and the conversations we shared over a pint. Sunday’s feel so empty without our phone calls. I miss updating you with what the your great grandchildren have been up to, whom you adored. You displayed great compassion while caring for your partner Kath in the later years and showed true resilience. I feel robbed of our future together but stories and memories keep me strong for our family. Love always, Charlotte.

Dad Remembering all the great times we shared together as a child young adult and most recently.
I consider myself really lucky to have had the time spent with you and as well as being a dad you was also my true friend and will miss you more than these words can say.
I am so pleased you had the chance to see your beautiful Granddaughters grow up and the lovely relationship you had with them and they will miss you tremendously.
So pleased also you had the chance to meet your Great Grandchildren and managed to bring some good fun into our lives too and how proud you are the Commons name will be carried forwards into the future.
LOVE YOU DAD X

Dad, Jo and I will always have fond memories of our times together. We are sorry we cannot attend your funeral, but as we were not told for 13 days, we will not be able to quarantine.
I know you wouldn't want a fuss. Although we did have the right to attend.
We will think of you privately on the day.
Love you.
