Peacefully, after a brave battle with illness, on November 20th aged 72 years, John (John Scone / Hairy John / Rooster). The beloved partner of the late Christine. The dear dad of Nigel, Scott, the late Gary, stepdad of Helen, Thomas and a dear father-in-law. An adored granda and great-granda. A much-loved son of the late Ralph and Elizabeth and a dearly loved brother, uncle, nephew and good friend to many. A service will be held on Wednesday December 2nd in Sunderland Crematorium at 4:00pm. Due to the limited capacity at the crematorium, a live web stream is available:
