On 5th November 2020, peacefully after an illness bravely borne, aged 57 years, Andrew, dearly loved dad of Rebecca and Phoebe, proud grandad of Meadow and Ollie, much loved partner of Michelle and dear brother of Julian.
Due to the current guidelines a service by invitation only will be held at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Monday 23rd November 2020 at 10am.
Family flowers only please donations in lieu may be made online or sent to George Brooke Ltd of Dewsbury for the benefit of Kidney Care UK and MacMillan Cancer Support.
