Betty Tattersall (15 Feb 1936 - 31 Oct 2020)

I'm so very sorry to all the family at the sad loss of Bet.I used to work with Bet at Crane school, we had so many laughs first thing in the morning. We hadn't seen each other for along time,then out of the blue you were singing on TV!It was so sad not to see you on the new programme. Rest in peace darling, love to Dawn and John xx

Privilege to have met you and hopefully helped a little a long the way.

To all the memorable times we had with Betty in the Duke of Newcastle many years ago but will never be forgotten. Lots of love to John and the family

Thank you Aunty Betty for taking me on holidays to Isle of Wight and Weymouth. Thanks for taking me camping, even when you knew I hated the bugs! Thanks for sitting up all night holding the tent pole when it was windy. Thank you for all the Christmas’s with all of the family when the men went to the duke and the women and kids stayed at yours. Thanks for everything you’ve ever been, you were one super special lady and I’m forever grateful to you. All my love Louise Bennett but as you’ll always know me, Johnson xxx
