So very sorry to hear of Andrews passing. We were great friends at school and during our late teens discovered the sites and delights of South London together with our small group of friends. What great times we had. I’ll raise a glass to him.

Andy, You brought so much to everyone one us in so many ways, with tears of laughter and the banter, sharing the good times and bad. Your presence lit every room you entered and now a light has gone from all of our lives.

Everyone one of us will remember something unique that is personal to them but one thing we all agree on is that you had a big heart and loved each and everyone of us and in turn we loved you. You are missed each and everyday. No matter what we do in our lives, we will carry you with us and carry the memories.

Andy, you were not just my Brother-in-Law you were the brother I never had. Thank you for everything you brought into our lives and for caring for my sister Gill and for making Harry what he is today. Harry is you through and through.

Thank you for everything you gave to us.

Sleep well Andy.
John x

Dear Uncle Andy, I will always miss coming down to see you, Auntie Gillian and Harry at Christmas time. You were such a warm and friendly character and had the best sense of humour, never failing to make me laugh. You were such an important part of so many of our lives and will live on forever in our hearts. Thank you for everything Uncle Andy.

Love, Maia

To all of us you were very special, you would always bring laughter and fun, the room would literally light up with your jokes and laughter. You were a decent, good man we will always remember you, you will never be forgotten.

On our messages we put to the roses i said you were my brother not my brother in law, I mean that, you we're so approachable and always had words of advice.

Some people go there whole lives and never experience the kind of love you and Gill had, thank you for loving and taking care of my sister, she will have the most precious memories that she will keep forever. I am so so proud of Harry he is taking care of his mum and we can see so much of you in him.

Dario and Maia love you so much, I remember when Dario was a baby you and Gill were such a support. You have always been there for the two of them. Dario and Maia have great memories of their fun loving Uncle.

I personally remember the young crazy funny as hell Andy. Thank god I dragged my sister to the rugby club and gave you her number.

Thank you for being you we will always love you.

Debs xxxx

Dear Gillian and Harry, the world is much poorer without Andy. He was a loving and caring man. Deeply missed by all those whose lives he touched.
I hope they have rugby in heaven!

  • His cooking was great but not as fun as watching him and Dario making themselves ill eating some godawful dessert at Brewsters!
