One of the kindest and gentlest men I ever met with the most fabulous sense of humour. I loved Barrie umpiring our 'cricket matches' and his brilliant witty observations of our antics when we shared a few beers afterwards.
RIP Barrie.

Our thoughts are with you Jane and family. Sorry we can only be with you by webcam, Barrie was a larger than life character full of bonhomie and humour, multie talented. We have so many happy memories of our sailing holidays we spent around the Greek Isles with him steering us on a steady course. The nights in the taverners spinning yarns whilst drinking ice cold beers, happy days!

Sorry we can't be with you in person, but these are strange times. Our love and thoughts are with you and we will be connected by webcam.
Barry was a larger than life character full of bonhomie and fun. He could certainly tell a good tale. Happy memories of our sailing holidays will always be with us. Comfort each other at this sad time. Love Jackie and Arthur xx
