Living so far away made it difficult, but we would speak on the 'phone many times a week and I've still picked up the 'phone to call you and then realised you aren't there, so I just talk to you in my head instead and know you are listening. When we did get down to Kent it made it even more special and neither of us wanted to say goodbye when it was time to leave and I feel the same now. Take care and God bless x

I had only known Paulene for five years, but in that short time of getting to
know her I realised what a lovely caring person she was and enjoyed being in
her company, Always had a big smile and lit up the world around her.
Such a pleasure to know a lovely lady.

I wake up in the morning Mum and think I've just had a bad dream and then see all the sympathy cards and reality strikes. When the phone rings I think it's you. When I'm going to the shops I think I wonder if Mum wants anything. It will take time for it to sink in. But family and friends and neighbours have been amazing and their support has made it more bearable. I chat to you and Dad every day on my way to work in the morning, hope you're listening. Wendy x

Pauline was a lovely lady & will be sadly missed by a lot of people. She always smiled, even though sometimes not so good herself. I will certainly miss our chats. God bless you Pauline, rest in peace. Eileen & Ray

I feel so sad at the loss of my dear friend and neighbour Pauline. We all have happy memories of times spent with her along with her husband Brian. Pauline was a lovely gentle lady who never had a bad word of anyone. Miss you so much, sleep well, God Bless. Sad that I am unable to attend the funeral but my thoughts will be of you and your family.

On behalf of my mum Julie we would like to remember lovely Pauline. She was a very dear neighbour and friend to my mum for many many years. I know my mum would be so very sad at the loss of Pauline, I myself remember her from a very young age when we first moved to Chalfont to recently this year, she was indeed a lovely lady! Rest in Peace Pauline

It was a great privilege to have known both Pauline and her husband Brian. A lovely couple. Pauline will be missed greatly both by me and my wife Carol. We have Hollyhocks in the garden grown from seeds she gave us and I will always think of her and Brian when they flower. Regretfully we are unable to attend the funeral as Carol will be in hospital but will be thinking of Pauline and all the family.
