Sally was truly an amazing wife, mother, sister and friend. Her love, warmth and kindness was held dear by everyone who knew her.
Her bravery and determination showed a strength of character beyond her years, and will carry through in her beautiful boys, Thomas and Alfie.
We will never forget the special friendship we shared, and will continue to share, with her family. Through heartache and tears we say our final goodbye. Fly high sweet angel, until we meet again 💔
