My Mum in law with Wings.

My heart is full of sadness Mum, I don’t know what to do
So I wrote a little poem, especially for you.
I will think of you always, and miss you every day
Thou time is a great healer “That’s what they all say”
You were such an amazing lady, in fact one of the best
But now it’s time for you to go, and time for you to rest.
A feathery touch, a familiar smell or a sound that I can hear
Will let me know I’m not alone, that you are somewhere near.
I will hold you close within my heart, and there you will stay
Until we meet again dear Mum, on a bright and sunny day.

Rest in peace Mum, All my love Kath xxxx

People always say upon passing that she/he was a lovely person, no matter what they were really like. But in this case every thing that anybody says nice about this fantastic ladies, she has given me so much joy in my life, anytime I ventured up to Dewsbury she would always make me a tin of jam rock buns, without fail. I will miss you Betty and you will always have a special place in my heart. My thoughts are with all the family right now. RIP BETTY
