Julie, Victoria and family are saddened to announce the death of Peter on 8th September at home. He had been ill since February but his death came sooner than we all expected. We are grateful that we were able to grant his wish and bring him home 4 days before he died. Peter knew that he was home and surrounded by loved ones and of course Wilson.
The funeral will be held at Colney Wood (Greenacres) on Wednesday 23rd September at 3pm. Due to Covid restrictions indoor seating for the service is very limited but anyone who would like to attend would be most welcome. There are a small number of seats in an under cover seating area and lots of outdoor standing/seating space. The service will be live streamed outside and the doors to the Gathering Hall will be open so you can see and hear the service. For anyone who is not able to attend the funeral we can send you a link to the live stream. As many of you will know, Peter was an avid Norwich City supporter and season ticket holder and we would ask that If you are attending the funeral you wear a small green and/or yellow item.
Instead of flowers we ask that anyone who would like to, makes a donation to Priscilla Bacon Lodge through the Just Giving link. Peter spent 2 weeks at Priscilla Bacon, which is the local hospice, and they were absolutely wonderful. They are fundraising to build a new hospice so your donations would be much appreciated.

One memory of Peter that makes us smile is when we lived in Texas and you were dog sitting a cute little fluffy pampered pooch and Peter was not at all fazed about taking her out for a walk with her pink sparkly collar and lead.
Peter was always so warm and kind with a great sense of humour.
