In loving memory of Teresa Louise Hislop who sadly passed away on Sunday 6th September 2020, aged 66 years. A funeral will be held at Markeaton Crematorium, Derby on Thursday 17th September at 14:00. Sadly due to the covid restrictions attendance at the funeral is very limited and will be kept to close family and friends only. However, if you would like to join the service virtually, please contact caroline.j.l.lewis@gmail.com and we will provide details of the webcast.

The British Lung Foundation to support their ongoing research into helping those with COPD which Teresa suffered from in her final years. Teresa was passionate about supporting their work to help others with this condition.
ImpACT+ (Oxygen Team, Royal Derby Hospital) who are a small, but incredibly compassionate team who provided exceptional care to Teresa throughout her illness.
Teresa was a kind, caring and happy person who loved life and her family and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Please feel free to leave messages and photos on this page in her memory.

I have such special, happy memories of time spent with you Teresa, especially from when I was a child. I often look through the scrapbook we made together and the pictures that we drew. You always lit up the room and other peoples' lives and your light will continue to shine bright. A beautiful person inside and out and a great loss to many.
You will always have a special place in my heart and my thoughts and you live on through your wonderful three children and granddaughter Lyla. Repose-toi maintenant Teresa, with much Love Xxx

I have such fond memories of Teresa, she was a beautiful soul with a lot of wisdom, I could talk to her about anything, she had the kindest heart never judged and always so helpful, lots of fun too. A Very special lady, RIP dear Teresa
