I am not sure where to start or what to say. Am hurting, devastated and still can't believe you have left us. I saw you mid March and we chatted and laughed. You made an effort to come and see me at work. 1st thing you said with a smile when you saw me was hesi Shuka and gave me a bear hug. 1 August you called me while you were in hospital called me Shuka ❤️and pointed out you were sick and not sure if you were going to recover but still teased me about wearing a morning gown at 12pm. Our chat was priceless and will NEVER forget it. You were not only my uncle but my friend my 'mommy' and always willing to listen bar your frankness as you called a spade a SPADE. Not forgetting a 'GET AWAY' if i was out of line😂😂 . If I didn't communicate you reminded me importance of doing so. You left me with 2 challenges and I am sure you will guide me to fulfil them and make you proud. You will always be in my heart MY SHUKA.
Your Shuka Barbs ❤️

My dearest Sekuru Never. I still can’t believe you are no more Sekuru. Thank you for taking care of us since we were young. Always there for us and spoiling us with ice creams, yoghurts and rides in your cars.
You were just a phone call away and would always answer with a Hello Shuka! When are we going for our drink?
I fondly remember my college days when I would call you and say Sekuru I am hungry and you never failed to deliver my favourite pizza 🥰🥰. So much to say but until we meet again. All I can say is thank you for everything Sekuru. You were the best Sekuru a niece could ever ask for.
Forever Loved 🥰🥰

  • To your nieces we were your Shukas, (me Madhora) to think we will never hear you call us that , is devastating, you would always call if we hadn't spoken in a long time,
