On 28th July 2020, in hospital, of Mirfield, aged 79 years, Bill, dearly loved husband of the late Jean, much loved dad of Andrew and Tracey, grandad of Connor, Harry and Sophie and very dear great-grandad.
Due to the current guidelines a service by invitation only will be held at Huddersfield Crematorium on Monday 10th August 2020 at 2pm. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made online for the benefit of The Martin House Hospice for Children.

Chris Lee donated £20 in memory of William

When I think of Billy, I think about been taken round to visit him and Jean when I was little. I think about talking to him about College and University and about books. And I think about the Christmas Eve’s we spent there eating Jean’s amazing curries!
Mostly though, when I think about Billy and Jean, I think about my Dad, Andy.
If a child can truly said to be a reflection of their parents then they should be extremely proud.
Andy took over the Dad role way before my earliest memories begin and I feel so lucky to have him in my life. We have never wanted for ‘nothing and he has always done everything he can for us.
Billy, I hope you are now somehow reunited with Jean and you are both looking down on us. And I hope you are proud of what you have left behind, not just Andy, Connor and Harry, but me and Dan too.
Rest in peace Billy, all my love Chris x
