In loving memory of Pat West who sadly passed away on 14 June 2020 aged 84 years.
Pat will be greatly missed by her daughters Karen and Lynne and by her family and friends.
We are sorry that in the current circumstances we cannot invite all of mum's family and friends to join us at her funeral.
