In loving memory of Raymond Johns who sadly passed away on 27th May 2020. Much loved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, he spent much of his life singing both solos and in choral societies and choirs. Other hobbies included reading, doing fiendish jigsaws, DIY round the house, exploring old churches, castles and stately homes, and travel both in the UK and abroad. He will be very much missed.

A sad loss to family and friends including the Gildenburgh Choir.
I will especially miss those wisecracks emanating from the tenors during rehearsals.
Gone to soon.

Ray was beautiful inside and out. I will miss him chuckling to himself while reading his paper and his kindle while the lovelies had their nails done. I looked forward to our coffee and cake every 3 weeks. Always made me smile bless him xx

Ray will be sadly missed, I have known him and his Family ever since they moved to the village and used to spend time with him and my Father, as a youngster, flying model aircraft, yet another one of his previous hobbies.
