On the 30th of May at 8.28am Rueben passed away at his home on Bramble Bank with his family by his side. He passed peacefully in the bed he was born in.
Rueben’s funeral will be held on the 15.06.2020 at 2.00pm at Hey Lane Cemetery. Rueben will leave his home on Bramble Bank accompanied by only his family and will proceed through Holmfirth village at 12.45pm. If anyone wishes to line the streets to pay their respects the family would love to see you. If you feel you would like to attend his burial please adhere to social distancing rules and let’s make this a beautiful send off for our amazing warrior.
Following the ceremony people are welcome to Bramble Bank Holmfirth, HD9 7LE where there will be food and a serviced bar again following social distancing rules .
Rueben loved all colours of the rainbow so please no black on the day . His favourite colour was pink
