Dear George,

I feel so privileged to have grown up with you as a neighbour and friend. I remember as a girl taking Shane for walks and looking after him when you were away. I have happy memories of the trips to the coast with Wards just like they were yesterday and of course your special contribution to my wedding day when you videoed it all for me.

Thank you for all your support and dedication to the Cherry Amber Family, you certainly helped make it a wonderful place to live.

God Bless George til we meet again, I will think of you often and smile.

Love

Claire, David & Family XXX

George was a very good friend, kind hearted and a real gentleman, he will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Being a pillar of the community and giving of his time freely he was able to influence and help many people, especially in the later years in mentoring children with special needs.
We had such good times with George and Bub and many happy memories to treasure, holidays, social events and very enjoyable evenings playing canasta whilst enjoying a beer or two.
Our thoughts are with you Bub, Kim, David and Adam.
