Funeral Director
In loving memory of Stephen Ford who sadly passed away on 16th April 2020. The funeral service will be held at The Oaks, Havant Crematorium on Thursday 30th April 2020 at 1.45pm, FOR IMMEDIATE FAMILY ONLY due to the Covid-19 guidelines. Donations to Dementia UK would be welcome, and these can be made via cheque to Lee Fletcher Funeral Services, 12 The Pallant, Havant PO9 1BE or online via the link on this page.
What can I say about Stephen, he had his health issues, later in life he was diagnosed with dementia, then he caught the corona virus, trust him.
He loved his girls so much and was proud of them, Caroline & Gemma.
His favourite things in the world was reading his paper with a cup of milky coffee and a biscuit or cake, if he was lucky, both!
He loved to potter in the garden, he wasn't very good at it, often pulling up the flowers & leaving the weeds.
The spring was his favourite time when the daffodils would be in bloom, they were his favourite flowers.
Most of all he loved his king size bed, he sometimes used to fall out of it. only Stephen could do that!
When he said he would do some DIY it made me nervous, it nearly always ended in disaster.
He was a loving father and husband and a hard working man, Quiet and loyal.
