In loving memory of Anthony Kyranidis who sadly passed away on 14th April 2020

In light of the current coronavirus situation we are unfortunately unable to give dad the send off that we would like to and that he deserves!
However we are going to do the best we can at these horrible times.
We would like to welcome all family and close friends to the front of dads house at 17 Rushenden Road on Friday 15th may at 11 o clock, with the restrictions in place we are unable to welcome people in the house but would be lovely to meet out the front and keeping the distance as much as possible.
Due to not being able to have a church ceremony we have decided to have the hearse on the drive for half hour to give family and close friends the opportunity to come and say their goodbyes and pay their respects.
Anyone else who knew dad and wishes to pay their respects on the day please come and line the streets from dads house onwards keeping your distance.
We will then leave Rushenden about 11:50, it would be lovely to see everyone there that knew dad and cared for him, we know he made a big impression on everyone that he spoke to and as you know was a very big character.
We will then have a service at halfway cemetery where family and close friends Only are welcome (abiding by the social distancing rules) and these same people will then be invited back to the drive to raise a glass or two to dad. (Selection of alcoholic drinks and teas and coffees will be provided) We would love to be able to have everyone there but unfortunately due to the restrictions it has to be more personal.
We have been informed that there may be a police presence but please don’t be alarmed they are aware the funeral is taking place.
As soon as these restrictions are back to normal we will be holding another service and celebration of dads life for everyone to come and party, just like dad would, with a glass on your head!
Dad was very old school so to keep with this we would like to ask for people to wear traditional funeral wear.
Those of you travelling in your cars please keep outside dads and rushenden road as clear as possible and park down side streets or roads opposite.
With regards to flowers if you wish to send them, then please be in contact with daisy chains florist on 01795 580355, please give enough notice for these to be ordered from the wholesalers
