In loving memory of James (Jim) Barton who sadly passed away on 31st March 2020
Jim suffered from ulcerative colitis for many years. It is not age related and many children suffer, which is a very debilitating disease which can be lifelong.
Jean and her family would be very grateful for any donations to Crohns and Colitis UK and thank you for your kind support in memory of Jim.
We will all miss you so much Jim, it was a privilege to have met you. You always managed to bring a smile and we loved all the great stories you shared with us. Rest in Peace Jim with love from us all.
