Annie Russell Dowding (1 Jan 1935 - 26 Dec 2019)

I remember my lovely Auntie Annie, she had such a beautiful smile, jolly happy lady , loved her poodle dog , may she rest in peace , with my uncle Cecil in heaven 🙏 .

Mum and I have tried calling you several times never managing to contact you. To hear this news after all this time is devastating and extremely sad .
I like my brother and sister Jane and Jim have the most lovely memories of you when we were children and beyond. So thank you for those along with our Uncle Cecil as we called him. You are together now and that is beautiful. .
You always seemed so happy and had that lovely cheeky smile that I will always remember. You and I had lots of phone calls and had many giggles in the past but not in the last few years. You will always have a place in my heart as my sweet Auntie Annie.
Be at peace now xxxxx
I really wish we had all been told of this news so we could have paid our respects as a family. We would have been there but we didn’t know what had happened

WELL I'VE ONLY JUST FOUND OUT YOU DIED MOM, I FOUND OUT VIA THE INTERNET, WE WERE NEVER CLOSE,BUT GUESS YOU WERE STILL MY MOM, AFTER A LONG ILLNESS MYSELF I AM NOW LIVING IN THAILAND WITH MY WIFE, I DO FEEL SAD THAT YOU HAVE LEFT US, I HOPE YOU FIND PEACE IN THE NEXT LIFE, GOD BLESS FROM KENNETH

Auntie Annie after you hadn't rung my mum for a couple of days my mum tried to ring you constantly. She rung Annette on number you gave her but no answer , so rung about , and saw your neighbours and they told her you were in a home . She rung home and your Just left that home that weekend to go to one near your daughter but didn't know which home you'd gone to So rung loads of homes near Sneinton but couldn't find you. The family are so upset after finding out you've gone, to be with uncle Ernie now. We honestly tried to find you after my mum couldn't
get hold of you, the Burnett family 😥😥😥😥😥
