In loving memory of Margery Lillian Martin who sadly passed away on 5th January 2020 aged 85 years.
At peace now with her husband, Derek, after 23 years apart. She leaves, with much regret, her four children Stephen, Nicola, Dennis and Melanie, but joins her son Christopher who passed away in 2018.

She also leaves behind her eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Rest peacefully Aunty Lillian, and thank you for all the love and support you gave me recently. You told me that you would be looking down on us from heaven, and I'm sure you are xxx

Aunty Lillian was my great aunt and I have some fond memories of her. We visited her as a family when I was little and Lillian was kind enough to join me on my first visit to NYC. She took me to an American diner and to see a show on Broadway and I remember us walking the length of Manhattan to find a shoe shop only to be so exhausted with swollen feet that we gave up in the end and got a taxi back to the hotel instead lol! She will be fondly missed she was a special lady. I know she’ll be happy with uncle Derek and her sister my grandma. Rip aunty Lillian xoxo

My Aunty Lillian was always very welcoming to
me. As a kid growing up I’ll always remember fondly going to visit in the school holidays. She was really like a second Mam to me
Unfortunately due to the distance between us it wasn’t always easy to spend time with her. But she will always have a special place in my memory x
