Auntie Connie was very much like an older sister to my Mum (Cisse Ida Scott nee Atherton). Connie took my Mum to school on her first day even though Connie was only a couple of years older. They were lifelong friends and shared lovely holidays at the East Coast - in a row of caravans when all we kids were little. And they spent many afternoons sipping tea in Auntie Connie's house. Lovely memories of a truly lovely lady. I know Martin and Steven looked after Connie in a tender way. Lots of Love Carol
