In loving memory of Irene Alice Smith who sadly passed away on 24th August 2019.
Rene was born in Poplar and was very proud that she was a true cockney. She met Frank in Shortlands where he was stationed. After the war they married and lived in dad’s home town, Manchester. Jan, Pam and Nicola are their three daughters. Rene had 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren
