In loving memory of Sandra Ann Smith who sadly passed away on Wednesday 12th June 2019, aged 73 years.
Devoted mum and nan who will be greatly missed by her family especially her sons Darren, Mark, Gary and Neil and their partners and all her grandchildren.
The service will take place in the West Chapel at Medway Crematorium on Monday 15th July 2019 at 3.00 pm.
Followed by a wake at Pembroke House, 11 Oxford Road, Gillingham. All Welcome
