It's really hard to think that you won't be around anymore Doreen. You have always been a big part of the family and so strange to not be seeing you anymore. You were always so friendly and would always make the effort to give everyone time. Can still remember Doreen the day that you took us (Dean, Sheila and Victoria) home after Victoria was born as Dean wasn't even diving then! And that was in 1996!! Will really miss not seeing you anymore at the family get togethers too Doreen, and also your chirpy bubbly personality that would help others feel warm and comfortable. And, well at Ollie's future parties who is going to laugh at Dean's jokes now! Love Dean, Sheila, Victoria and Dale xxxx

I got to know Doreen working alongside her. She was very supportive when Helen my wife was going through serious medical issues. We quickly became friends, and Helen and I will miss her. We are the richer for having had Doreen in our lives and now poorer for her not being here.

I only knew Doreen for the last few years of her life but we discovered we had a lot in common and we enjoyed coffee and lunches out and discussing all things art and family related. She did struggle with her health issues but she was one of the strongest people I know and I will miss her dreadfully. Rest now Doreen.
