Although Jacob has passed on, we will remember him forever in our hearts as the wonderful and fun-loving boy he was, who brought a lovely friendship into our son Vince’s life. Sending much love to Chris, Michelle and Katie and their families in this time of great sadness. xx

I always enjoyed seeing Jacob's cheeky freckly face and having a fun chat with him whenever I visited. A lovely young man taken far far too soon. No words can help or even sound right, so I just wish all of Jacob's close family and friends strength and love through this horribly sad time xxxxx

Our thoughts are with Chris & Katie and all of Jacob’s family & friends at this very sad time. It’s always difficult to know what to say when a loved one is lost but even more so in such heart-breaking circumstances. I only met Jacob on a few occasions but found him funny, exciting, enthusiastic and always respectful. I hope his memory can live on through his family & friends and that he can be remembered for all the happiness he brought to people during his tragically short life. All our love from Shaun & Jo x

Jacob without an E! Buddy, the entire DC miss you. We especially miss your quick wit and your great sense of humour! We will remember you for you intelligence and your kindness and above also a skilled and passionate diver.
We are all so sad that you are no longer with us to share in more diving adventures. We will be planning a dive in your memory to celebrate your life and achievements.
