In loving memory of Rachael Cathrine Lemmon who sadly passed away on 6th February 2019.
Anyone that knew her will know how positive, vibrant and glamorous she was and how she lived life to the fullest.
You always think you’ve got all the time you need to tell someone close to you how much they mean to you but more often that not you just don’t. So take the time to tell & show people close to you that you love them because you just don’t know.
It's not how long you live it's how well you live in the time have and Rachael squeezed every last drop from her time with us.
The celebration of Rachaels life will be held after the service at Hempstead House, London Road, Bapchild, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME9 9PP.
