In loving memory of George Redshaw who sadly passed away on Saturday 19th January 2019, aged 85 years.
Married to Jean in January 1962 and sadly missed farther to David, Lynda, John and Paul.
During his working life he was a driver for Derby Council, fitter at Bamfords then joined British Rail Derby as a fitter.
It was while he was at British Rail he had the pleasure of working with the famous heavyweight weightlifter Louis Martin who became a good mate to dad.
When Mum and Dad first married they had a council house at Mackworth then brought their first house at Dalbury near Etwall. They then moved to Valley Road in Littleover Derby.
His last place he moved to was Sunnyfield Court Blackmore Street Derby, and thanks to the staff enjoyed his time in comfort.

George's funeral is on Friday 22nd February 2019 at Markeaton Crematorium Derby round chapel at 11:00 am.
