In loving memory of Jean Vickers, mother of seven, grandmother, great grandmother and loving wife to Oliver (Vic) for 56 years, who passed away most peacefully in Kings Mill hospital during the early hours of Sunday morning, 2nd December.
Jean had been a life long resident in the village of South Normanton since her birth, back in November 1943 and as such, any friends or neighbours from the village, or locality, are more than welcome to join the family in a farewell service at St. Michaels Church and afterwards at the Carnfield Club, Lees Lane.
Jean requested that no mourners provide flowers, rather that, any support for the Heart Foundation shown through a donation, would have a more lasting and longer term benefit to others.
