Jeanie Wheatcroft (28 Jul 1919 - 24 Jan 2015)

My favourite memories of my Nana: soft hands rubbing my cold feet in front of an open fire, visits on the bus to Nottingham and talking to everyone on there, fish and chips on a visit to the seaside, the smell of Sunday dinner and apple pie in a warm kitchen, coconut shampoo being briskly rubbed into my hair and falling asleep on a warm afternoon after putting the world to rights! We all miss you Nana but memories of you will live with us always xx

My Nana stroking my hair when I was little. Playing on Colwick Park, Sunday dinner, Speckled apple pie, salmon sandwiches for tea and trifle! When she was older chats. she was always so up with the times!

Carole and I remember special times with mum. Always in our thoughts.
