Dear Maggie, Alison and Anna, So saddened to receive your recent letter re the passing of your mum ( and grandmother). My late mother and I will never forget your mother’s and late
father’s hospitality when we were very much welcomed into their home when we visited, from Australia, in 1990’s. Mabel, was especially very generous with her time, as was your late father in helping me with our family history research. We had kept in contact since that first meeting. I shall miss her friendship and that always regular xmas card.
You are in my thoughts. RIP Mabel.
