One of my favourite memories is when we were on the boat and you went downstairs to look after Kiera as she felt sick. She was fine, but when I looked down the stairs, I just say you on the floor with your legs sticking out of the bathroom and head over the toilet. You stayed there for quite a few hours until we got back to port!!! xxx

Oh mum, where have you gone? You were such a strong courageous lady. You always knew what you wanted. When you were ill you were going nowhere. You defied all of the medics and put up such a fight. What a brave spirited woman. I just still can't believe you're gone. We love and miss you so much mum. Rest in peace now xxxx

Connie,

Such a brave and courageous sole. You faced adversity head-on, dealing with it on your own terms. Quiet and unassuming, never complaining, never a fuss, always smiling and so positive right to the end. An example for us all.

You held out until the time was just right. After exactly 1 year and 1 day, You decided to quietly slip out of the room for that other place, without fuss or drama.

You will certainly will be a tough act to follow.

Now hand-in-hand with Trevor you can walk together and bask in God's warm sunlight forever.

Love, Steve, Cathy-ann, Kiera.

Mum, I still can't believe you've gone. We will carry on all the good work you started and make sure you are proud of us all.
I saw 2 robins in the cherry tree today instead of just the usual one, so that comforts me a little to think that you are with Dad now watching over us.
Always in our thoughts Mum, Love you always xx. Cathy-ann, Steve and Kiera. xxx

You were such a wonderful grandma and a great person and we're all so lucky to have had you in our lives. You've always been so strong and you held on until you were ready to go. You didn't care what anyone said, you were going to be your stubborn self and weren't going until you decided and that was just one of the great things about you. I think people often forgot just how smart, kind and helpful you were. You always had stories to tell and you were so interesting. I just wish I got chance to listen to more of them. But I'm hoping that you're happier where you are now. Im going to miss you so much. We all love you grandma. Rest in peace xxxx
