Hi Nan. I know I’ve said hi outside of here but I wanted to look in and say hi here too. Today was a day like any other day but for some reason I missed you terribly. This happens sometimes but today was the hardest one for no particular reason. I wish you were here to listen to the new clown stories of the kids, to hear how well they are all doing and be on the end of the phone when the storm bird calls at 3am. You truly were a wonderful nana, friend and comfort and you and Brian will both be missed so very much ❤️ I love you ❤️

Apologies this comment is a day late, but we thought of you on your birthday yesterday. You and Brian are still in our thoughts. Visited Hythe pier a couple of weeks ago to find your memorial plank with Uncle Godfrey x

I posted yesterday but the comment hasn’t saved?
Wishing you a Happy 94th Birthday. Always think of you at this time and in the Spring when the daffodils start to bloom. You used to enjoy sitting in our garden watching us do the gardening or to help us plant up the hanging baskets.
Hope you’re up there watching down on us and keeping up with progress x

Thinking of you Nan and I wish I’d been able to do this on the third but wasn’t able to sorry. We took this the day we were in the conservatory at chudleigh. The double rainbow appeared and we felt everything was going to be ok ❤️

Happy Birthday Nana, thinking of you today on your special day and always.
The daffodils have recently bloomed (as you drive into our village ) - something I know you always loved to see and commented on - they now remind me of you each Spring.
With all our love Em, Andy, Jake & Zak x x

Been thinking of you an awful lot lately. On Mother’s Day and your birthday last Thursday - I’ll never forget the date as Andy’s is the same day.

Your funeral order of service is sat on my jewellery box on my dressing table and I see you and think of you every day.

The daffodils were out in bloom recently, swathes of them lining the roads as you drive into our village - something you always commented on and enjoyed.

You may be gone, but certainly not forgotten. Hopefully you’re up there and able to watch down on us. Love you always, Em x x

Mum always got very excited about Christmas, first Christmas without her, won't be the same. We will drink a toast to you and Brian on Christmas Day.

Dear Nana,
Hope you are now at peace and are back with loved ones up there.

I'll never forget, as a little girl, staying with you and Brian in the holidays, enjoying the days out to Paultons Park, walks in the forest and trips to the beach and Isle of Wight.
I have fond memories of your house and garden which was always sunny, full of flowers and colour and to me appeared to be huge - I used to ride circuits up the path and round it on the bike or scooter for hours seeing how fast I could go, every now and again stealing a warm tomato from the greenhouse. I also enjoyed watching the fish and counting the frogs in Brian's pond - never being very good at catching them.

You always greeted us with a warm smile and hug and that continued to the very end. I'm so glad you were able to see Zak growing up in his early years.
We all love you dearly and will miss you lots, love Andy, Em, Jake, Zak, Nicky & Laura x x x
