Suddenly at home on May 13th aged 69 years, Ken. The dearly loved husband of Christine. A much loved dad of Paul, Tony and the late Karen. A loving father-in-law of Dawn and Susan. A loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle, friend to many and a devoted grandad of Ellie and Leah. Friends please meet on Friday May 25th for service in Sunderland Crematorium at 11.30am. All are welcome to Eppleton Cricket Club afterwards for refreshments. Flowers welcome. All enquiries to Andrew Grey Funeral Directors, 30 Station Road, Hetton le Hole Tel: 0191 5265800. Ken will be very sadly missed by all who knew him.

an abiding memory of Ken was when on holiday we left the beach due to rain and went to a local cafe. Ken said these are lovely seats with a wonderful view, just as he said it the wind blew the canopy above Ken. all of the rain that had accumulated then proceeded to drench Ken to much hilarity all round.
