It is with great sadness that we have to announce Mel's death on 11th May 2018 at the Royal Derby Hospital, aged 64 years.

Devoted husband to Linda, much loved Dad to Andrew & Catherine and dear father in law to Trev.

A much cherished brother, brother in law and a good friend to many.

Mel requested that his funeral should be a celebration of his life, so we would ask all attendees to wear something bright.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Nightingale Macmillan Unit or Brain Tumour Research.
