Dad, words cannot describe how broken I’ve been since you grew your wings and left us. Now I know why you always told me to be strong, because you knew that one day I would need the strength to bear your loss. You are the bravest person I know and your love, wisdom and protection throughout my entire life has made me who I am today. You fought for so long and so hard, but now you can finally be at peace and rest. There will never be a day that goes by where I don’t think about you and all the memories I hold tight. What I would give to have had more time together but know that your legacy lives on in me and Craig and your grandchildren always. I am so proud to be your daughter. Sleep tight and keep watching, I love you Dad xxxxxxx
