I worked with Tom on Sapperton back in 2007. Great person to work with and it is sad to hear that he is gone. Adieu and rest in peace.

Tom (The Third Earl of Elvaston or the Colonel, how ever you knew him) was one of the greatest blokes I have ever met. Working for him for 8 years was never a chore, it was a pleasure.
He taught me a lot and not just about the pipe line industry. He truly inspired me.
He was also one of the funniest guys I have ever met, and I shall really miss our funny phone conversations.
I raise a glass to you Third Earl, R.I.P my friend.

Tom was a great bloke and one of the true legends of the pipeline industry.
Tom was certainly blessed with a great sense of humor and I shall cherish the memories of him making me cry with laughter. May his God go with him.
