Dear Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Mr. Cruise was a beautiful person with a beautiful spirit and I know his presence will be greatly missed. He has left a wonderful legacy that I know has made him more than proud and filled with joy. I am grateful that I had the pleasure to know him. Heid, Anna, Amelia and Mrs. Cruise, you all are in my thoughts and prayers. Love you!

In loving memory of Andre Cruise who sadly passed away on 3rd January 2018
Andre spent the last days of his life at Bankwood in his beloved Derwent Valley. He died peacefully and quietly, which is the way he lived his life. He will be greatly missed by his wife Kathleen of 55 years, his beloved daughters Heidi, Anna and Amelia, his sons in law Justin and Garrick, and his sweet grandchildren Alec, Zack, Ethan and Finlay, who he was so very proud of.
"Measure Twice, Cut Once"........Andre Cruise.
This was Dad's favorite saying, he used this saying his whole life when he was pottering around in his garage. He spent hours fixing and mending things that were broken, renovating old planes and plumb bobs. He always breathed new life into old tools and antiques. He was our very own priceless treasure, and we will miss him forever.
