In loving memory of Beryl Davies who sadly passed away suddenly on 20th December 2017 at Heartlands Hospital.

Family flowers only, however if you wish to make a donation in Beryl’s memory, our charity of choice is the residents fund at Lyndon Croft Care Home who gave Beryl the love and care she needed for the final five and a half years of her life. The residents fund pays for activities for the residents.

A celebration of Beryl’s life is to take place at 12.30 on Thursday 11th January at Robin Hood Crematorium in Solihull, followed by some light refreshments at the Lyndon Pub, Barn Lane, Solihull.

So sorry to hear this -- and very belatedly too. B has been on my mind the past few months 0 had no idea she had passed away. She and Uncle Dave were very dear to our family in Canada, and Dave was my godfather and Dad's best friend. RIP Auntie B. I'm happy that you and Dave are reunited now.

  • Thankyou for your comments but I believe you have the wrong person - Beryl was not married to Dave? Sorry!

So sad to learn of Beryl's passing and my sympathy to her family. I am writing this from New Zealand, the mother of Elizabeth, who was Helen's friend. I remember Beryl when she worked at the newsagents near Chapelfields School, and how nice it was to be served by her, always with a lovely smile.

I hope there are lots of chocolates (especially Maltesers) up there waiting for Beryl.

I will be thinking of you tomorrow.

With Love, Norma
