Theres one more angel in heaven,one more star in the sky,and thats my Dad,my friend,my support and my hero.If ever i needed help he was there,if i needed reassurance he gave it me,advice,he had it. I shall treasure my memories of this gentle giant, as I treasure the various wooden bowls and goblets that he made for Helene and I over the years. Fred was good company, even when his energy was failing and he was in pain. A truly lovely man, may God grant him the rest he deserves.

My Grandad always put others first, never a dull moment with him! Even though he had a very hard and stressful last few months he still managed to make everyone laugh! He had courage and strength! I am so proud to be your granddaughter and forever will be! I'll forever cherish our time together and think of you every single day! We all love you grandad❤️❤️
