Mary Patricia Adams, 87, passed away peacefully on 1st September 2014.
‘Pat’, much loved wife of the late Douglas, Mother of Janet and Rosemary, and Nana to Victoria, Olivia, Joanna, Harriet, Alanna and Douglas.
Thank you for all the kindness from The Limes Residential Home and Mickleover Medical Centre.
