In loving memory of Diane Terry who sadly passed away on 28th August 2016
Di sadly lost her battle with cancer on Sunday the 28th August 2016, it was a hard-fought battle in which Di showed us all how much heart she had and the love for her kids helped her in this fight
Dawn and Sue cared for Diane for the last 6 months or so and they made sure that she was as comfortable as she could be and they all created many memories that will be treasured forever. Di took every opportunity to have a laugh and a joke that she could because being Diane she saw that everyone around her was hurting.
Until the end, she was doing things for others to help them lighten the grief that they would feel when her time came
Special thanks to Dawn and Sue for all the wonderful things they did for Di, also thanks to Becca Allen and Rose Newbold for being there for Diane when she needed them
Christine Ansell, Kirsty Wardle and Christine Robertson were longtime friends of Diane and Di would have liked to say thanks for being a friend
And I know she would also have liked to say thank you to Dawn and Sue for being there and being loving sisters.
And to everyone who visited her right up to the end, you all made Diane's last few months so much better for her
Megan had a special place in Diane's heart and her eyes would light up with every visit Megan made, I am sure that she is watching over everyone she loved and most especially Megan (Moo )
Just so that you all know, after the funeral, we are all meeting up at the George Street working men's club in Hucknall. Food is being provided (cold buffet ) some of Di's favourite music will be played and the bar will be open until 21:00 Hrs
