Passed away on 14th May 2016 aged 55 years. Beloved husband

of Wendy, son of the late Peter and Phyllis Addington brother to Janet. Now at peace. Loved and

remembered always. The funeral service will be held at The Counties Crematorium on Wednesday

8th June 3.30pm. Family flowers only, donations please to MIND may be sent to Kevin Matthews.
