Joy passed away peacefully at Royal Derby Hospital on 18th October 2026, aged 77 years.
A devoted wife to Mike, our beautiful Mum, Nan and Great Nan fought her battle with cancer with incredible strength and courage. She was so brave right until the very end and was the glue that held our family together.

Joy was my best friend at secondary school and although we didn't see each other very often, when we met up for our reunions it was as if we'd never been apart. So kind, thoughtful & caring she has been through so much & now she's at peace. Love to all the family xx
