Thank you for taking the time to read Gabriel’s story. We hope that by sharing his story, we can help his legacy make a difference to other families who need a place of comfort, care and hope.

Gabriel was just three months old when his life changed forever. For the past 14 years, he lived with an incredibly complex medical condition and faced challenges that no child should have to endure. But he was a very handsome cheeky chappy, full of character and with a personality that could light up a room. He was loved more deeply than words could ever express.

When a child has complex medical needs, everyday life can become a journey filled with uncertainty — hospital appointments, treatments, admissions, difficult decisions. For families like ours, having somewhere safe and understanding to turn to can make an immeasurable difference. For us, that place was Naomi & Jack's in Winchester. Their support became a lifeline during some of the most challenging moments of Gabriel’s life. They understood his complex needs and cared for him with compassion, dignity and expertise. But just as importantly, they cared for all of us as a family.

We are sharing Gabriel’s story because we want to help ensure that other children and families can receive the same extraordinary care and support that meant so much to us.
