Peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on September 30th aged 85 years, Dorothy. The beloved wife of the late Cliff, much-loved mam of Valerie, Martyn, Tracey and a dearly loved mother-in-law. A cherished gran and great-gran, a good friend of many. Gone from our home but not from our hearts.

Family and friends please meet on Thursday October 15th for a service in St Michael & All Angels Church, Easington Lane at 10.15am, a private interment will follow. Family flowers only, donations in lieu gratefully received for Great North Air Ambulance. A donation box will be available in the church. Please join the family afterwards in Hetton Lyons Cricket Club to continue the celebration of Dorothy’s life.
