He passed away on 8th September 2026, aged 80, in Exeter Hospital, after battling for many years with heart, kidney and diabetes problems.
Wonderful husband to Diane, incredible father to Lauren and dear brother to Hilary and Vivien.
He moved from Buckinghamshire to Devon for a quiet life in the countryside nearly 20 years ago. Passionate about computers and photography, he had all the latest gadgets. He would watch cookery programs on repeat, enjoyed fancy wines and would ‘set the world straight’ with his friends down the local pub.
A celebration of his life will be held on his birthday in his favourite pub on Tuesday 13th October at 1pm at The Bridge Inn, Under Road, Bridgerule, Holsworthy. EX22 7EJ.
