It is with great sadness that the family
of David Charles Bell announces his peaceful passing
on 8th September 2026, aged 88.
David was a dearly loved and devoted husband to Sally,
and a much-loved father to his three sons and their wives,
a cherished Grandad to seven grandchildren and a treasured
Great-Grandad to three great-grandchildren.
A much-loved member of his family, David will be remembered
with great affection by his nieces and nephews,
great-nieces and great-nephews, and by all those
who had the privilege of knowing him.
He leaves behind a lifetime of memories
that will be treasured by his family forever.
His love, kindness and presence will be deeply missed,
but he will remain forever in the hearts of those who loved him.
David is now peacefully reunited with his beloved parents and siblings.
Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever in our hearts.
The Funeral Service service will be held at Wessex Vale Crematorium,
Bubb Lane, Hedge End, Southampton, SO30 2HL,
on Monday 12th October 2026, at 1.30pm.
Family flowers only please,

I remember when I was a child uncle Dave would come home on leave from the grenadier guards and say I'm inspecting your bedroom ,with that cheeky smile and laughter ,Christmases were always special with you in it,fond memories always xx
